Officially formed during the pandemic of 2020, CSU Projects Inc. owes its inception to an impassioned conversation dating back years prior.   As a group of experienced commissioning and start-up engineers, we identified gaps in the industry we knew could be filled effectively and efficiently.  Noted were the unnecessary resource expenditures that often accompanied inexperience wrought forth by non-specialized staffing agencies and engineering consultancies.  The results of these issues could be seen in otherwise successful projects missing target budgets and overall timelines.

Growing frustrated with the increasing trend of large multi-disciplined engineering consultancies assigning engineers with little to no field experience and technical troubleshooting expertise to the projects, we decided to work towards building an engineering company that emphasized a team of strong and experienced technical personnel putting our clients' best interests first.
